After Your First Round
If you want to keep going and the commitment is there, Mastery opens up. That is where long term progress happens.
This Is Not A Trial
It is the first stage of a method that has shaped members for fifteen years. You get the same standard of coaching a long term member gets. The only thing that changes is how long you train for.

How soon can I start?
Most new members are in their first session within the same week.
How many sessions per week?
Four or eight sessions across four weeks. Pick what works for your schedule.
Do I need kit?
No. We have everything you need for your First Step session.
What if I want to continue?
We will talk about that in your Week 4 review. No pressure either way.
