The Boxing Fundamentals Programme is how every Undisputed member starts. Four weeks of one-to-one coaching, a structured curriculum, and a coach who is focused entirely on you.

The Right Start Changes Everything

Most people who join a gym or a fitness class struggle in the first few weeks because there is no structure. They turn up, do something, go home. After a while, they stop going.

The Fundamentals Programme is the opposite. It is a deliberately structured 4-week introduction to boxing and to training at Undisputed. Every session has a purpose. Every session builds on the one before. And at the end of 4 weeks, you will have a genuine boxing foundation - and a very clear reason to keep going.

What the Programme Covers

Week 1 — Stance, Guard, and Your First Combinations

You will learn how to stand, how to move, and how to throw your first jab and cross with proper technique. The basics done properly make everything that follows easier.

Week 2 — Footwork and Defence

Boxing is as much about movement as it is about punching. You will start to develop the footwork and defensive positioning that separate a technical boxer from someone who just hits things.

Week 3 — Combination Work and Fitness

Your combinations develop and your fitness starts to follow. By this point, clients typically notice significant improvements in energy, coordination, and physical condition.

Week 4 — Putting It Together

The final week brings everything together. Your coach reviews your progress, identifies what to focus on next, and sets you up for the 30-day momentum meeting at the end of the programme.

Two Steps to Begin

Step 1 — Book your £50 induction session. You will meet your coach, see the gym, and cover the basics in a relaxed one-to-one session. This is where your programme plan gets built.

Step 2 — Start your 4-Week Fundamentals Programme. Your coach will have your first sessions booked before you leave the induction.

That is it. No fitness test, no long sign-up process, no expectation to arrive ready. Just show up.

A Few Common Questions

Do I need any boxing experience?
No. The Fundamentals Programme is designed to start from zero. You will cover everything you need from the ground up.

What if I cannot train 3 times per week?
We work around your schedule. One session per week is possible - we just set expectations accordingly. Two or three sessions per week will deliver faster results.

What happens after the 4 weeks?
You will have a 30-day momentum meeting with your coach and move into either the Performance or Championship ongoing membership. Your coach will recommend the right option based on your goals and schedule.

Is there a contract?
No contract. The Fundamentals Programme is a self-contained 4-week phase. After that, you choose to continue because you want to - not because you are tied in.
