UNDISPUTED BOXING
IMPROVING OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH BOXING
The importance of boxing in our community?
FOR OUR GYM TO GROW WE MUST MAINTAIN AND SERVE AS MANY PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY AS POSSIBLE.
What ways can we give our members more value?
To Provide maximum value we must:
Focus on a personalised service, active listening and a deep understanding of their specific needs and preferences.
Spend time getting to know out customers goals, ask questions to find out what really matters to them.
Then tailor solutions ensure your session’s are set up to meet your members wants and needs.
Build strong respectful relationships but we are not our members gym buddy, if that’s what you become that is how they will treat you.
Make our members feel special because they are ??
Add extra value go beyond what is expected, small thoughtful gestures can leave a lasting positive impression.
Ask your members for feedback, did you enjoy your session? are on the right track? is there anything else you would like to work? Ask for feedback and improve.
Focusing on personalised attention ongoing support and proactive problem solving you can offer really good value to our members.
12 STEP UNDISPUTED BOXING FRAMEWORK
1) As soon as anyone enters the gym give them a warm welcome and introduce yourself (this puts our members at ease and gives them a positive first impression).
2) Learn and use our new members name as soon as possible, this helps them to feel special.
3)Find out our members goals, wants and needs.
4) Tell our members how we will be working to meet our members needs.
5)Tell everyone at start of lesson what we will be working on, this makes us look professional and organised.
6) Encourage and support through every part of the members session - be present.
7) Tell our members what they are doing well and tell them what they need to work on.
8) Take an active interest in our members life, small things go a long way if they have children learn the child’s name and ask how they are? The session is all about our members.
9) No mobile phones or no eating when we are training members give them the full attention and respect that they deserve.
10) We work hard and stick to the boxing clock at all times, we only talk during the break.
11) After the session this is the best time to book the member in again (saves your work)
12) Fully explain the contract and why we make the sessions weekly and fully explain the cancellation policy its so much harder me having to do it through a text message later on, if we explain this at the start it lets our members know where they stand.
