Small Group Training
The recommended starting point for most members.
A personally coached boxing group, led by John. Capped at four members per session. Not a class. Not a circuit. Real boxing technique, with enough space in the room for your footwork to get the attention it needs.
The group is small by design. Four members means every session is genuinely coached. Your guard, your stance, your combinations. John sees them all. That level of attention does not exist in a larger group.
What You Get
Real boxing technique from day one. Footwork, defence, combinations, and conditioning built around proper coaching, not pad repetition.
The energy of training alongside others who are serious. A group that pushes you without competing with you.
A 30-day coaching review built into your membership. Your training never drifts. Every month it gets recalibrated to where you are and where you want to go.
The First Round Food Plan when you start. Not a diet. A structure that supports the training.
Who It Is For
Men who want to learn to box properly and want to do it in a coached environment. Men who have never boxed before and want to start the right way. Men who have trained elsewhere and want real coaching for the first time.
You do not need to come in fit. You do not need experience. You need to want to be coached.
Availability
Spaces are limited to four members per session. John personally selects every member in the group.

One-to-One Boxing
For those who want the most private form of coaching available.
One coach. One member. One focus. Nothing else in the room.
Every session is built entirely around you. Your body, your goals, your existing injuries or limitations. There is no compromise for the needs of anyone else, because there is no one else.
What You Get
A full session designed and delivered for you alone. Programming that accounts for your physical baseline, your goals, and any injuries that need working around.
Faster technical progression in some cases, because every coaching point in the session is directed at you.
The same 30-day review structure as the group, and the same First Round Food Plan when you start.
Who It Is For
Men who prefer to train in complete privacy. Men with specific goals that need individual programming from the start. Men who have a medical or injury history that requires a fully bespoke approach.
One-to-one is also the right choice for men who want to work toward a specific goal, such as a weight milestone or competition preparation, in a fully private setting.
Availability
John's own one-to-one sessions are limited. Other coaches on the team are available for one-to-one coaching. Availability and coach match are discussed on the free call.
Not Sure Which Is Right for You
Most people are not. That is what the free call is for.
We will talk through what you want, what your schedule looks like, and what has or has not worked before. By the end of the call, you will know which option makes the most sense.
There is no commitment and no hard sell. Just an honest conversation.

A Few Common Questions
What is the difference between the small group and one-to-one?
The small group is capped at four members per session and is led by John. One-to-one is a fully private session with a single coach. Both are personally coached to the same standard. The main difference is privacy and the pace of technical progression in some cases.
Do I need experience to join?
No. Most members who join Undisputed have never boxed before. The coaching is built to start from wherever you are.
How many people are in the small group?
Four members maximum. That is not a soft cap. Sessions do not run with five. The group stays small so the coaching stays personal.
Can I switch from the group to one-to-one later?
Yes. A number of members switch over time as their goals or circumstances change. This is something we can discuss on your free call or at any point during your membership.
Is this suitable if I have an old injury?
Yes. Every new member's session is built around their physical baseline, including existing injuries. This is something you will cover in your First Step consultation before your training starts.
What does the first session involve?
Your first session is the First Step consultation. It is 45 minutes, one-to-one with a coach, regardless of whether you are joining the group or one-to-one. It covers where you are physically, what you want to achieve, and what your training will look like from day one.
How often should I train?
One to two sessions per week is the minimum that delivers meaningful progress. More is possible as your fitness and technique develop. You will agree on a schedule that works for you on the free call.
